Removing a permission that was assigned in the reverse direction replicates properly. It seems to work correctly in the opposite direction. This is only a root level issue, any permissions for child files/folders that are added replicate just fine.Through some testing, I've figured a few things out: It's been given several hours to replicate over a few different tries. All child files and folders get the permissions correctly. The issue is when I go to change the root level folder permissions that is being replicated (say like "Management Data") on the primary file server by giving a group access, the root folder does not get that permission replicated to the secondary server. I've verified that the namespace works great, replication is nice and snappy, and initial permissions (working with folder permissions here, not share permissions) all work as intended. Two 2012R2 VMs that have been successfully added into a replication group and namespace. Hey everyone, having a weird issue in a test environment that I set up to test out Namespaces before setting up a new replication group at work for our new file server.
